Delightfully, yes. TonyCell operates on CBRS shared spectrum (band 48) under FCC Part 96, with the radio registered and coordinated through a Spectrum Access System by a Certified Professional Installer. It is quite possibly the most regulatorily compliant joke you have ever encountered.
Within roughly 275 yards of the pool: spectacular. Bars for days. Beyond that, your device will crawl back to whatever "nationwide" megacarrier it came from — a downgrade we can only describe as roaming.
